The manual harvesting with the facilitators and the pressing allows to obtain an oil of excellent quality, rich in natural polyphenolic substances and endowed with the typical characteristics of Tuscan oil and, in particular, of the Chianti area.
The typicality of our oil can be described with three sensations:
the olive feels in the nose
it is felt in the mouth
it is felt in the throat
These sensations are perfectly balanced between them, in fact, none prevails over the others, and together they contribute to the achievement of a harmonious pleasantness typical of the E.V.O.
